CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - The Charlotte Bobcats have signed Dontell Jefferson to a second 10-day contract.

The 6-foot-5 guard has yet to play for the Bobcats, and was inactive again for Saturday’s game against Indiana. But coach Larry Brown said they wanted to keep Jefferson, which will allow point guard Sean Singletary to remain in the NBA Development League.

Jefferson played for Arkansas in college and had averaged 18.6 points and 5.5 assists for Utah of the D-League.
