Thomas Builders Inc. is building 60 single-family homes at Prince Frederick Crossing in Prince Frederick, a community with a recreation building, ball fields and tot lots near shopping centers and restaurants.

Each home in this Calvert County community will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage. Stone or brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, oak hand railings, 42-inch oak cabinets, a planning desk, a pantry and a breakfast area in the kitchen; a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,800 to 2,876 finished square feet, with base prices from $329,990 to $379,990. Homeowner association fees are $58 per month.

The Huntington model, with 2,400 square feet, is priced from $374,990. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer with columns flanking the entrance to the living room. The living room opens into the formal dining room.

At the back of the house are the kitchen, breakfast area and a two-story family room, which has a wall of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Alternate floor plans offer a one-story family room with an expanded master suite or a third full bath on the upper level.

Options include fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, home automation systems, bay windows and hardwood floors.
