Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 264 town homes at River Oaks in Woodbridge, a planned community with a swimming pool, a clubhouse, athletic courts, tennis courts, tot lots and walking trails.

The community includes open space overlooking the Potomac River and is near Route 1, Interstate 95, Route 234 and a Virginia Railway Express Station. An OMNI bus stop is in the community, which is minutes from Potomac Mills Mall.

The main level has an open living and dining room with an adjacent closet and powder room.The family room is open to the kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs are a master suite with a walk-in closet and full bath, a laundry room, a second bath and two more bedrooms. All three bedrooms have vaulted ceilings.

Options include decks, bay windows, fireplaces, gourmet appliances and a finished loft level.
