Classic Concept Builders Inc. is constructing 32 single-family homes on 1- to 4.5-acre homesites at Classic Springs in Manassas near Old Town Manassas, regional parks, shops, restaurants and the Freedom Center at George Mason University fitness and swimming facility.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all eight models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a security system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,000 to 4,482 finished square feet, with base prices from $475,000 to $791,000.

The Jefferson model has 4,482 square feet and is priced from $791,000. The main level has a formal living room and formal dining room defined by columns, a center-island kitchen with an adjacent morning room and a two-story family room with walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a private balcony, a sitting room, a fireplace, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

Three more bedrooms, each with a private bath and a walk-in closet, and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, decks and coffered ceilings.
