As if the sand, surf and shops in the beach towns of Delaware were not enticing enough, the planned community of Millville by the Sea offers even more. Recreational amenities can be found in this community year-round, but when the weather is nice, residents can be found strolling along walking trails; canoeing, fishing or windsurfing on the lake; playing tennis; swimming in the outdoor swimming pool; playing shuffleboard or bocce ball.
