ANALYSIS/OPINION:

I agree with Wesley Pruden that political correctness prevents the mass murder charged to Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan from being described as terrorism (“The fatal reluctance to recognize evil,” Nation, Tuesday). I would only add that, obviously, President Obama and his cohorts do not wish to admit that on their watch, terrorist attacks are taking place in this country. If such attacks continue (as they will), somebody is liable to urge more stringent efforts against them.
