M/I Homes Inc. is building 157 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at the Villages of Piedmont in Haymarket, a planned community with a club, a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails, beach volleyball courts, basketball courts and picnic areas. Multiple shopping centers and golf courses are nearby.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance 4-inch vinyl siding, landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings; crown, shadowbox and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas water heating. The executive series homes have a gas fireplace, ceramic tile floors in the baths, tray ceilings and Corian counters.

The homes have about 1,806 to 3,515 finished square feet, with base prices from $368,990 to $469,990. Homeowner association fees are $100 per month.

The Westmoreland model, with 2,949 square feet, is priced from $448,990. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent dining room and half bath.

At the center of this home is an octagonal family room with multiple windows. Nearby are a living room with a two-sided fireplace, a library, a breakfast room, a kitchen and a mud room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
