Ryan Homes is building 122 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Woodburn Estates in Clinton, a community with equestrian trails, hiking and biking trails, tot lots and open spaces.

The builder is offering an $8,000 “stimulus package” in closing costs or options, a finished recreation room and $12,000 in closing cost assistance with the use of a preferred lender.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the baths; a security system; and an energy-efficient heat pump and water heater.

The homes have about 1,944 to 2,877 finished square feet, with base prices from $343,990 to $389,990. Homeowner association fees are $50 per month.

The Jefferson model, with 2,680 square feet, is priced from $373,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the study and the living room. The living room opens into the formal dining room, which has a tray ceiling.

Across the back of the home are a family room and an open center-island kitchen and breakfast area.

The main level also has a half bath and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath. The master bath can be altered to include a soaking tub with a linen closet or a separate shower.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
