ANALYSIS/OPINION:

Rep. Charles B. Rangel, New York Democrat and chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, is under investigation for a multitude of tax-fraud charges and fears no retribution from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat. Yet, after apologizing to President Obama for his infamous “You lie!” shout, Rep. Joe Wilson, South Carolina Republican, found himself facing threats of official disapproval. Mr. Wilson owes no one an apology, especially not the likes of Mrs. Pelosi.
