Beazer Homes Corp. is building 14 single-family homes at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, a planned community with swimming pools, ball fields, nature trails and an adjacent regional park.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will have low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, sodded lawns and a two-car garage.

The second bedroom has a walk-in closet and private full bath, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath with a double-sink vanity. A laundry room completes this level.
