Lennar Corp. is building 303 single-family estate homes at Martins Chase in Ashburn, a community surrounded by conservancy sites. The community includes walking trails, a community center with a pool, a fitness center and an entertainment area with a kitchen.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding with brick or stone accents, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings; furniture-grade cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors; a luxury master bath; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone gas heat and electric air conditioning.

The homes have about 2,900 to 3,200 finished square feet, with base prices from $452,990 to $485,990. Homeowner association fees are $160 per month.

The Edinburg model, with 3,200 square feet, is priced from $485,990. This home features a front porch. The main level includes a two-story foyer, library with a bay window, a living room with a bay window and a formal dining room with columns and a bay window.

Across the back of the home are a sunroom wrapped in windows and a family room open to the breakfast area and kitchen. This level also has a half bath.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private bath. A laundry room completes this level.
