Craftmark Homes is building 91 single-family homes on homesites of 15,350 to 43,200 square feet at Park Ridge in Clarksburg, located near Lake Forest Mall, Francis Scott Key Mall, Seneca Creek State Park and Black Hill Regional Park.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, Colonial-style panel shutters, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a side-entry two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, oak stairs, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch wood cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a high-tech wiring system, recessed lighting, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,994 to 5,571 finished square feet, with base prices from $669,900 to $869,900. Homeowner association fees are $189 per quarter plus an initial contribution of $300.

The Oakmont model, with 5,120 square feet, is priced from $779,900 to $829,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a dramatic curved staircase, art niches, two closets and a powder room.

Columns separate the formal living room and the formal dining room. A study is on the opposite side of the foyer. The step-down family room has a fireplace and two walls of windows, along with columns and a rear staircase.

Nearby are a mudroom, a breakfast area and the center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets, a dressing area with a vanity and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a private full bath and a walk-in closet, and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, finished attic space, sunrooms, additional fireplaces and extra bedrooms and bathrooms.
