Van Metre Homes is building 52 town homes on 2,200-square-foot sites at Brambleton in Ashburn, Va., a planned community with swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a multipurpose court, ball fields and a retail center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick-and-siding front with 5-inch vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, a fenced yard, an asphalt driveway and a one-car garage.

Inside, all three models have three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch flat-panel maple cabinets in the center-island kitchen, a luxury master bath with a double-sink vanity and ceramic tile flooring, a high-tech wiring system, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,024 to 2,217 finished square feet, with base prices from $339,990 to $364,990. Homeowner association fees are $176 per month.

The Gramercy model, with 2,217 square feet, is priced from $349,990. This home features a lower-level entrance into a foyer with a closet, stairs to the main level, a door to the garage and a step up to a recreation room with a fireplace. This level also has a walk-in closet and a storage closet.

The main level has an open living and dining room with a step up to the open center-island kitchen, family room and breakfast room, which has a deep bay-window nook. Next to the kitchen are a pantry and powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area with a bay window, a standard closet, a walk-in closet and a private bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include extra baths, a deck, an extra fireplace, an upgraded master bath and coffered ceilings.
