The Hylton Group is building 27 town homes at Saddle Ridge in Dale City, near Potomac Mills shopping mall, several golf courses, parks, Waterworks Waterpark, recreation centers and smaller shopping centers.

Each home in this Prince William County community will feature Colonial-style architecture with a brick-and-siding front, 6 1/2-inch beaded siding, a patio and a two-car garage with carriage-style doors.

The homes each have three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Standard features include 8- and 9-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring in the foyer, Colonial-style window shades and oversized Colonial-style moldings; two-panel doors; stained oak railings; recessed lighting, 42-inch birch cabinets and Energy Star appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a pedestal sink in the powder room, birch vanities with cultured marble tops in the baths; and a high-tech wiring system.

The Austin model has approximately 1,854 finished square feet, with a base price of $324,900. There are no homeowner association fees at Saddle Ridge.

This home features a main-level entrance into a foyer, which has a coat closet. Half walls and columns separate the foyer from the formal living room, which has three windows.

A column separates the living room and dining room. A powder room is nearby.

At the back of the home are an open, center-island kitchen with a pantry, a bay window in the breakfast area and an adjacent family room. Buyers can add a deck and sunroom off this room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, flooring upgrades, a gas fireplace, bay windows, a deck, a sunroom addition and volume ceilings.
