Craftmark Homes is building more than 70 single-family homes on 17,945-square-foot sites at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, a gated country-club community with a golf course, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts, a lake and walking trails. Parks and shopping centers are nearby.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick or masonry stoop, a brick-design poured-concrete foundation, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature four or five bedrooms, 2½ or 3½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, oak stairs, 9- or 10- foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace with a marble surround, 42-inch wood cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the full baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a high-tech wiring system, a security system, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,748 to 5,136 finished square feet, with base prices from $464,900 to $634,900. Homeowner association fees are $405 per quarter.

The Clifton model, with 3,847 square feet, is priced from $509,900 to $544,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room. The living room has French doors leading into the study.

The main level also has a family room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, a powder room, a walk-in pantry, and a mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private full bath. A laundry room completes this level.

Options include finished attics and lower levels, sunrooms, morning rooms, conservatories, room extensions, bay windows and other upgrades.
