Prince George’s County police are looking for the man they believe shot and killed a man outside an Oxon Hill apartment in a domestic incident Sunday afternoon.

Police believe that 35-year-old James Howard Braddy Jr. of the 10000 block of Moreland Street in Fort Washington shot and killed 37-year-old Alejandro Trevor Johnson, according to the department’s blog. Officers have an arrest warrant for Mr. Braddy, charging him with first-degree murder.

According to the blog, police responded to a reported shooting on the 1100 block of Kennebec Street at 12:29 p.m. Sunday. They found Mr. Johnson fatally shot outside and transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation indicates that the shooting was a domestic-related incident, police said.

Neither man lives in the apartment building where the shooting happened. According to police, Mr. Johnson lived on the 7900 block of Allard Court in Glen Burnie.
