BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police have released the name of a man who was killed by a BNSF Railway train on Sunday.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1mwyAM4 ) that Sgt. Mark Buschena (boo-SHEEN’-uh) identified the man as 34-year-old Keith Grindstone, of Mandan.

The train’s engineer told police he saw the man curled up between the rails of the tracks at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday but was unable to stop the train, which was traveling at 25 mph.
