BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man is accused in a drug conspiracy on the North Dakota oil patch.

Randy Skarda, of Keene, has pleaded not guilty to five counts, including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, distribution of meth and cocaine, and two illegal weapons charges.

Authorities say Skarda was involved in an operation that sold drugs on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation and the Watford City area.

Trial has been scheduled for June 24.

Skarda’s attorney could not be reached for comment.
