HONOLULU (AP) - Five Democratic members of the state House have won re-election outright in Hawaii’s primary because Republicans or candidates from other parties posed a challenge.

The winners include Rep. Henry Aquino of Waipahu, Rep. Clift Tsuji of Keaukaha and parts of Hilo, Rep. Mele Carroll of Haiku, Rep. Justin Woodson of Kahului and Rep. Isaac Choy of Manoa.
