MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A southeastern Wisconsin historical site is planning a fall celebration.

Wade House, a historic 1860s stagecoach inn located in Greenbush, plans to hold the celebration on Oct. 11 and Oct. 12. The agenda includes presentations on the origins of American Halloween customs, hot cider, a two-mile open-air horse-drawn wagon ride, pumpkin and turnip carving and scary stories by candlelight.

Admission is $11 for adults; $5.50 for children between the ages of five and 17; $9.25 for students and senior citizens; and $30 for families, defined as two adults and two or more dependent children.
