FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) - Authorities say a 4-year-old girl was flown to a Boston hospital after falling about 20 feet from an apartment window in Foxborough.

Fire Capt. Don Treannie says the girl fell out of a second-floor window onto a rock flower bed at about 6 p.m. Sunday.

Treannie tells The Sun Chronicle (https://bit.ly/1oWNfTV ) the girl was conscious but had “obvious head trauma.”

He did not believe her injuries were life-threatening.

A landing field was set up at the Ahern Middle School and the girl was flown to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment.
