MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AP) - Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in the lake at the Broadway at the Beach tourist attraction in Myrtle Beach over the weekend.

Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard tells area media outlets that the preliminary cause of death of 41-year-old Darrell Wayne Graham of Myrtle Beach was drowning.

According to a police report, Graham was reported missing by his wife around 5:30 a.m. Sunday. She told police she and Graham were leaving Broadway at the Beach when they got into an argument. She said Graham then went to use the rest room and later she heard a splash in the water.

The report says the woman went to look for Graham but could not find him and then called police.
