PHOENIX (AP) - More high-rise buildings are on the drawing boards for downtown Phoenix.
According to the Arizona Republic (https://bit.ly/1uL6e4U ), developers have at least three new projects in the works.
They include a 14-story condo project on Central Avenue near Margaret T. Hance Deck Park, a 10-story biomedical research center near Chase Field and a 19-story hotel near the Maricopa County Superior Court buildings.
Officials say yet another high-rise is planned but that they haven’t received paperwork on it yet.
