Double homicide suspects arrested in Seaside

MONTEREY, Calif. (AP) - Authorities in Monterey County have arrested two men suspected in the shooting deaths of two people a year ago.

The Monterey County Herald says (https://bit.ly/1pMgGYs) 21-year-old Jordan Killins of Seaside was taken into custody Monday and charged with two counts of murder.

A week earlier, 21-year-old Richard Singh was also arrested in connection to the double homicide investigation. Charges against Singh, also a Seaside resident, are pending.

Sheriff’s officials say both are suspected of shooting and killing Navneal Singh and Demetrius Safford last August in Aromas.
