HAMBURG, Germany (AP) - Hamburger SV says it has signed left back Matthias Ostrzolek on a three-year contract from its Bundesliga rival Augsburg.

No details of the deal were given.

Hamburg is rebuilding its squad after narrowly avoiding relegation last season.

It has signed forward Nicolai Mueller from Mainz and midfielder Valon Behrami from Napoli. Striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga and defender Johan Djourou, who had been on loan from Hertha Berlin and Arsenal, respectively, have made their moves to the German club permanent.
