FLORENCE, Ariz. (AP) - A third indictment has expanded the criminal case accusing an 18-year-old San Tan Valley man of sexual assaults and other sex crimes.

The Pinal County Attorney’s Office on Wednesday announced that a third indictment was issued Aug. 6 against Tyler Kost of San Tan Valley, charging him with one count each of attempted sexual assault and attempted child molestation of a victim under the age of 15.

That alleged victim is the 13th in the case, and he now faces a total of 30 counts. Most of the charges were alleged in two indictments issued in May.

Kost has pleaded not guilty.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kost in April, when sheriff’s officials alleged he targeted victims ranging from ages 12 to 17 between October 2009 and last April.
