COQUILLE, Ore. (AP) - Coos County authorities arrested a woman accused of chasing her husband around a campground and menacing other campers with a stick.

The sheriff’s office says deputies responded to the complaint late Tuesday afternoon at Nesika County Park, east of Coos Bay. Callers said Connie Bates of Coos Bay was menacing people while intoxicated.

Deputies arrested the 53-year-old woman and took her to the county jail. She was booked on charges of disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, domestic menacing and menacing. Bail was set at $50,000.
