BOSTON (AP) - The FBI is asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man suspected of robbing two Boston area banks, in one case indicating he may have a gun.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium athletic build, approximately 25 to 30 years old, from 5-feet-8 to 6-feet tall, clean shaven and possibly with a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He was wearing different clothes in each robbery.

He’s suspected of hitting a Century Bank branch in Braintree on July 28, and a Citizens Bank branch in Milton on Monday.

The FBI says in both cases the man handed the teller a note demanding money, and in the Milton robbery gestured to his waist as if to reach for a weapon.
