TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Police in Tempe say three 18-year-old men have been accused in a string of recent thefts in the city.

Two of the suspects are accused of robbing multiple second-story apartments in the area.

Both allegedly told police they committed the robberies and gave specific information about them, including people they ran in to while stealing from a home.

Police said Tuesday that Chris Vega and Noah Cobbs are being held on suspicion of residential burglary, attempted burglary, trafficking stolen property and trespassing.

They say Nathaniel Goudeau allegedly helped Vega and Cobbs dispose of stolen goods.

He is jailed on suspicion of trafficking stolen property and possession of stolen property.

Police say the arrests cap an investigation that began about four weeks ago after the burglary trend of second-story apartments.
