BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota National Guard’s Military Service Centers in Bismarck and Fargo are holding open houses for the public.

The events from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday will give visitors a look at the programs and services available through the centers.

The centers are staffed by military and civilian employees of the Guard. More than 5,500 people got help at the centers last year.

Services include everything from military records requests to family and financial counseling.
