NEW YORK (AP) - A fourth man has been arrested in the carjacking and killing of a New York City cab driver.

Officials say 26-year-old Tommy Smalls was arrested late Friday by police and FBI agents in Manhattan. Charges are pending.

Three men were arrested earlier in the killing of cabbie Aboubacar Bah in the Bronx on Tuesday.

Prosecutors said the attack on Bah was linked to the murder of another cab driver in the borough a week earlier.

Takiem Ewing, Tyrone Felder and Kareem Martin appeared in federal court in White Plains on Friday. They did not enter pleas to a charge of carjacking with intent to cause death.

They are due back in court Aug. 30. If convicted, they face a maximum sentence of life in prison or the death penalty.
