HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) - Marshall University is celebrating the opening of a new academic support resource.

A ribbon cutting for the Towers Learning Center is set for Tuesday afternoon in the Twin Towers East Lobby on the Huntington campus.

Marshall says in a news release the center will provide late-night support to first-year students. The center has space for study groups and academic programs. Academic mentors will be available during office hours.
