NEW YORK (AP) - New York City police say they’re looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman with three children.

The woman got into the man’s car at around 2:45 a.m. Sunday after he said he was a cab driver.

Police say the attempted sex assault occurred when they got to her destination in Queens.

While the woman was trying to escape, the man elbowed her 5-year-old in the head. He forcibly removed her 3-year-old from the vehicle before fleeing. She also had a 1-year-old with her.

The children were treated for minor injuries.

The suspect had an earring in his right ear and had manicured eyebrows.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
