TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A Tulsa man has been sentenced to more than four years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a 15-year-old girl.

The Tulsa World reports (https://bit.ly/1C233uw ) 60-year-old Jerry Leblanc pleaded guilty to second-degree rape this week. He was sentenced to 4 ½ years in prison.

The charge was lessened from first-degree rape. Charges of kidnapping and possession of a firearm while committing a felony were dismissed.

The assistant district attorney says information revealed during the proceedings necessitated the amended charge. He declined to say what the information was.

Leblanc was arrested in December for the assault in Tulsa. The girl told police he forced her into his SUV at gunpoint and raped her.
