MAGNOLIA, Ark. (AP) - Southern Arkansas softball coach Jason Anderson has announced the hiring of Sage Woodham as an assistant coach.

Anderson announced the hiring Tuesday.

Woodham spent the past two seasons as an assistant at the University of North Alabama after serving for two years as a graduate assistant at Augusta State in Georgia.

Woodham was a two-time All-American while playing at the University of Alabama-Huntsville where she was named the Gulf South Conference Pitcher of the Decade for the first 10 years of the 2000s.
