NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas highway crews will close the eastbound ramp from Interstate 40 to John F. Kennedy Boulevard in North Little Rock so it can repave the exit.

The work will be done Wednesday evening beginning at 9 p.m. The ramp is expected to reopen by 5:30 a.m. Thursday.

Drivers will be directed to use the Pike Avenue exit just west of the JFK exit.

If the weather is bad, the work will be delayed to another time.

JFK Boulevard is Exit 153A from Interstate 40. Pike Avenue is Exit 152.
