GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - Authorities in Teton County have identified the 81-year-old man who died in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Power.

Sheriff and Coroner Keith Van Setten tells the Great Falls Tribune (https://gftrib.com/1nvVy4e ) that Donald Johnson of Dutton died in the crash Tuesday morning.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Johnson’s pickup sideswiped a car that he was trying to pass, causing both vehicles to veer out of control.

The 33-year-old Louisiana woman driving the car was able to stop in the left-hand lane. She and her 8-year-old passenger were not injured.

Johnson’s pickup went off the road, rolled and came to rest on its hood. He died at the scene.
