HELENA, Mont. (AP) - A 55-year-old Washington state woman has died in a motorcycle crash in south-central Montana.

The Montana Highway Patrol says a 55-year-old man from Shelton, Washington, was driving a Harley-Davidson at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday when it struck a deer on Highway 10 East near Big Timber.

His passenger, also from Shelton, died at the scene. The man was flown to a Billings hospital.

The names of those involved haven’t been released.
