ASHLAND, Ky. (AP) - Court records show an Ashland man and his girlfriend have been charged with making Molotov cocktail-like incendiary devices and setting them off in a railroad tunnel near a housing complex.

The Independent reports (https://bit.ly/1B3Kd5L ) that Joseph R. Waugh Jr. and Jessica L. Greer are both charged with use of weapons of mass destruction and criminal trespassing. They were arrested July 29 and have an Aug. 20 court hearing.

According to citation from a Boyd County sheriff’s deputy, Greer posted a video on Facebook showing a man making incendiary devices in what appeared to be an apartment kitchen.

According to the complaint, the video reveals two people detonating several devices in what appears to be a railroad tunnel. Several exploded devices were found after a search of the area.
