ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. (AP) - A man charged in connection with the killing of a Vermont grandmother has been convicted in an unrelated case.

A jury on Friday found Keith Baird guilty on 31 unrelated felony counts of violation of an abuse prevention order. He will be sentenced at a later date.

The Caledonian Record reports (https://bit.ly/1kR4yqh) that the 33-year-old Baird is in prison serving a sentence for an unrelated aggravated domestic assault conviction.

He was charged this year along with two other men with first-degree murder in the kidnapping and killing of 78-year-old Pat O’Hagan of Sheffield in 2010. He’s pleaded not guilty.
