BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) - Prosecutors have charged two men who were involved in a head-on crash in Denver that killed a 26-year-old woman.

The Denver Post reports (https://dpo.st/1B7qDY1 ) 28-year-old David Felan and 34-year-old William Anthony Chicano IV are charged with vehicular homicide in the Nov. 7 crash that killed Rachel Neiman.

Prosecutors say the crash happened when Felan was racing a motorcycle ridden by Chicano. Felan lost control of his vehicle and crossed into oncoming traffic, slamming into another car.

All four people in the second car, including Neiman, were hospitalized. Three people in Felan’s car also were injured.

Felan, of Denver, also is charged with DUI, vehicular assault and racing on a public highway. Chicano, also of Denver, faces charges of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, vehicular assault and racing on a public highway.
