LEEPER, Pa. (AP) - State police say a western Pennsylvania stabbed her boyfriend outside a gas station during a domestic dispute.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 26-year-old Kayla Butler, of Tionesta.

She remained in the Clarion County jail on charges of attempted homicide and aggravated assault.

Troopers from the Marienville barracks say she stabbed 25-year-old Derek Kirkpatrick, of Leeper, during an argument about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. That happened in a gas station parking lot in Farmington Township.

Kirkpatrick was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital where his condition was not immediately available Monday.
