ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police are searching for two women who they say stole another woman’s small service dog.

The 29-year-old victim says she went to a Walgreens on Tuesday to buy glitter and was approached by the women as she was getting into her car. She says one of the women asked to use her cellphone and punched and bit her when she refused.

Police say the other suspect opened the victim’s car and stole her purse and Maltese named Polo. The women fled in a green minivan.
