ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) - Actress Molly Ringwald is scheduled to make an appearance in Aberdeen.

Ringwald is the star of such popular 1980s films as “The Breakfast Club,” ”Sixteen Candles” and “Pretty in Pink.” The American News reports (https://bit.ly/1DaNVhB ) that producers of the South Dakota Film Festival are bringing Ringwald to the Capitol Theatre on Jan. 31, where she will discuss her life and career following a showing of “The Breakfast Club.”
