WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) - A driver has been accused of traveling up to 126 mph on Interstate 93 in Windham, New Hampshire.

Police said a state trooper saw the car weave around others as it traveled in both breakdown lanes over 100 mph southbound on I-93 on Wednesday morning.

Police identified the car as a rental registered to 41-year-old Frederick Dehner of Nashua. Police later found him at home and said he attempted to run away. He was charged with reckless conduct and driving, disobeying an officer and resisting arrest.

It wasn’t immediately known if Dehner had a lawyer. He was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
