LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Troopers have found 135 pounds of marijuana and other drugs after pulling over two vehicles that were traveling together on Interstate 80 in Lincoln.

The Nebraska State Patrol says an eastbound rental truck was pulled over for traffic violations a little before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. A drug dog taken to the scene alerted troopers to the odor of drugs, and a truck search led to the seizure of the pot.

A car that had been near the truck on the interstate was pulled over just off a nearby exit. Troopers say they found 1.5 grams of cocaine, some marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car. The truck rental agreement was found in it, too.

The drivers of both vehicles were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale.
