FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) - A 28-year-old Ferguson man is accused of shooting a gun at a police helicopter the night after Michael Brown’s police shooting death in Ferguson.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (bit.ly/12MRfi3 ) reports that Terrell Doss is charged with two counts of second-degree assault on a police officer, one count of first-degree assault and three counts of armed criminal action. He remained in jail Wednesday on a $100,000, cash-only bond.

The helicopter was not hit, and neither of the two St. Louis County police officers in it were injured in the August 10 incident.

Doss allegedly threatened a witness who saw him shoot at the helicopter by holding an unloaded gun to the witness’s abdomen before pulling the trigger. His defense attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
