LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - There will be a two-day inauguration celebration in Little Rock for Arkansas Gov.-elect Asa Hutchinson.

Events begin Monday, Jan. 12 and culminate with an inaugural ball on Jan. 13.

An inaugural party will be at 7 p.m. Jan. 12 at Museum of Discovery. An inaugural church service will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Baptist Church followed by Hutchinson taking the oath of office at 10:30 a.m. in the House Chamber of the state Capitol.

The inaugural address begins at noon on the Capitol steps followed by a reception at 1 p.m. in the Capitol rotunda.

The inaugural ball begins at 6:30 p.m. in Governor’s Hall of the Statehouse Convention Center with ticket prices at $100 per person.

Hutchinson, a Republican. defeated Democrat Mike Ross in the November election.
