COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho (AP) - A 35-year-old man has pleaded guilty to bank robbery.

Rick Allen Fisher made the plea Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Coeur d’Alene.

U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson in a statement says Fisher admitted to robbing two banks in Ontario, Oregon, in early May before traveling to northern Idaho where he robbed another bank in Cottonwood.

Fisher is scheduled to be sentenced March 3. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

Nineteen-year-old Jennifer Lillian Balfe of Meridian served as the getaway driver and previously pleaded guilty to bank robbery. In November she received a prison sentence of two years and three months.
