RANDOLPH, Mass. (AP) - Authorities say a Boston man was fatally shot overnight in Randolph.

The Norfolk district attorney’s office said Saturday police found 22-year-old Jameil Williams shot on the street at about 11:30 p.m. Friday. Williams was taken to Steward Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton but died of his injuries.

The district attorney’s office said state police detectives assigned to the prosecutor are continuing to investigate and an autopsy is being conducted by the state medical examiner’s office.

There had been no arrests late Saturday afternoon.
